Scent Stack Studio sells downloadable digital content.
Digital purchases
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are not normally offered simply because a customer changes their mind after access or delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Problems with delivery or files
If a purchased file is not delivered, cannot be opened, or is materially different from the product description, contact us so we can first provide a working replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Legal rights
Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. In some jurisdictions, specific consent and acknowledgement may be required before immediate digital supply affects cancellation rights.
Before launch, make sure the wording shown at checkout matches the payment platform and the consumer laws that apply to your customers.
